Goreshit ist ein britisches Projekt für elektronische Musik von Leon Makepeace.

Goreshit wurde 2006 von Leon Makepeace mit einem Freund als Black-Metal-Projekt für das abschliessende Musikexamen am College gegründet. Der erste Track war "Daddy" mit Shred Wilson an der Gitarre der ersten EP "わたしわばかやろです" ("watashi wa baka yaro desu"^[1]). Das war der einzigte Titel von Goreshit, der zu Zweit erstellt wurde.^[2]

Die meisten seiner relativ vielen Alben veröffentlichte Goreshit bisher ohne Label. Neben seinen Soloalben veröffentlichte er über die Jahre mehrere Split-Alben mit Künstlern wie 2008 ein Album mit DJ Ninja Love Mistake, dem Besitzer des Labels 1000 +, 2009 ein Album mit sHimaU und Sub-69, 2010 ein Album mit complex.0, 2011 ein Split-Album mit Mercy Maya sowie ein Split-Album mit odaxelagnia, Akamushi und 冷蔵庫 Cj, 2012 ein Album mit Annoying Ringtone aus Schottland, dem Gründer des Netlabels Dance Corps, 2014 ein Split-Album mit yeongrak und 2015 ein Album gemeinsam mit DJ California Crisis, Passenger Of Shit (Swift Treweeke) und Meat Ball Machine. Am 29. Oktober 2017 trat Goreshit beim Maschinenfest in der Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen auf.

Leon Makepeace ist auch in seinen Seitenprojekten Wounder und hana sumai aktiv.^[3]
