Harry Pane

Harry Pane (* in Brackley) ist ein britischer Singer-Songwriter aus Northamptonshire in Zentralengland.

Leben

Harry Pane stammt aus Northamptonshire in Zentralengland. Sein Vater Jerry brachte ihm das Gitarrespielen bei und war sein erstes Bandmitglied, als Harry Pane 15 Jahre alt war. Beide bildeten eine Gruppe namens Dexter’s Incident, die in lokalen Pubs spielte. 2008 reiste Harry Pane durch Neuseeland. Sein Vater begleitete ihn wenige Wochen. Dabei entdeckten sie die Fletcher Bay der Halbinsel Coromandel Peninsula. Später ist daraus ein Titel auf Harry Panes zweiter EP enstanden. Im Jahr 2016 verstarb sein Vater.

Seine Debüt-EP "Changing" veröffentlichte Harry Pane 2016. 2017 folgte die EP "The Wild Winds", die er mit Hilfe der Crowdfunding-Plattform PledgeMusic und Unterstützung von Island Records finanzierte. Harry Pane gewann Anfang 2016 £5.000 von Island Records beim Meet & Jam’s Road to the 100 Club Wettbewerb. Am 30. März 2017 begann seine erste Tour durch das Vereinigte Königreich. Harry Pane spielte Sessions für Sofar Sounds in London und Hamburg. Am 28. Juli 2018 trat Harry Pane beim Blue Balls Festival in Luzern in der Schweiz auf.
