Dear Happy ist das dritte Studioalbum der englischen Singer-Songwriterin Gabrielle Aplin. Es wurde am 17. Januar 2020 über ihr eigenes Label Never Fade Records veröffentlicht, über vier Jahre nach dem letzten Studioalbum "Light Up the Dark" vom 18. September 2015. Vorab zu "Dear Happy" wurden die Singles "My Mistake", "Nothing Really Matters", "Losing Me" und "Kintsugi" veröffentlicht. Kintsugi ist eine traditionelle japanische Reparaturmethode für Keramik, die sich zu einer Kunstform entwickelt hat. Aplin bezeichnet diese Kunstform als unglaublich wichtig für sie. Angekündigt wurde das Album im September 2019.[4] Die Songs entstanden in Bergen in Norwegen, in Los Angeles und im Vereinigten Königreich.[5] Das Albumcover stammt von Artworkbyblondie.[6]

Das Album erreichte Platz 24 in den britischen UK Albums Charts (OCC)[7] In Schottland (OCC) erreichte es Platz 15[8] und in Australien (ARIA) Platz 18.[9]
