The Long Road North ist das achte Studioalbum der schwedischen Metal-Band Cult of Luna. Es wurde am 11. Februar 2022 über Metal Blade Records veröffentlicht. Vorab wurden zwei Singles veröffentlicht. Das Album wurde von Magnus Lindberg produziert[5] und wurde Anfang November 2021 angekündigt. "The Long Road North" erschien knapp 2,5 Jahre nach dem Studioalbum "A Dawn to Fear" (2019) und über ein Jahr nach der EP "The Raging River" (2021).[6]
Charts
Das Album erreichte Platz 14 in Deutschland und Platz 29 in der Schweiz. [7] In den UK Rock & Metal Albums Charts (OCC) erreichte es Platz 5[8] und in den UK Independent Albums Charts (OCC) Platz 17.[9]
