Ghosts of Download ist das zehnte Studioalbum von Blondie. Das Album wurde in Deutschland am 16. Mai 2014 zusammen mit der CD "Greatest Hits - Deluxe Redux" über Caroline Records veröffentlicht. Aufgenommen wurde es in den Mercy Sound Recording Studios in New York City.[1]

Sein Erscheinen war bereits für Januar 2014 bei Eleven Seven Music angekündigt.[2][3] Bereits im Juni 2013 erschien vorab die Single A Rose by Any Name und im Dezember 2013 die Single Sugar on the Side.

Ebenfalls im Juni 2013 waren Debbie Harry und Chris Stein bei The One Show in Großbritannien aufgetreten, um das kommende Album und die zugehörige Blast Off Tour anzukündigen. Vom Juni bis Juli 2013 fand die Tour statt, auf der sechs Stücke des Albums, Rave, A Rose by Any Name, Take Me in the Night, Winter, Drag You Around und Sugar on the Side bereits gespielt wurden.
