Die ersten beiden Alben "Evolution" (2001) und "Touch Rhythm" veröffentlichte Greyhound noch in Eigenvertrieb. Als limitierte [[Doppelalbum|Doppel]]-[[Compact Disc|CD]] wurde "Touch Rhythm" zusätzlich mit der CD "Pulse Driver" veröffentlicht.<ref name="mk"/> Im Jahr 2004 kam dann mit dem Album "Electroiz" das Labeldebüt beim [[Dortmund]]er Label [[Hands Productions]]. Anfang Oktober 2004 trat Greyhound beim [[Maschinenfest]] auf. Weitere Auftritte folgten dort im Oktober 2007 im Oktober 2009 und im Oktober 2013. Anfang April 2005 spielte Greyhound beim [[Elektroanschlag]] Festival in [[Altenburg]]. Ende April 2005 trat Greyhound erstmals beim [[FORMS OF HANDS]] Festival auf. Im August 2007 trat Greyhound beim [[Infest (Festival)|Infest]] Festival in Bradford in [[England]] auf. Am 15. Oktober 2007 folgte mit "Noisewhisperer" das dritte Album bei Hands Productions. Im August 2008 spielte Greyhound beim [[Schlagstrom]] Festival in [[Berlin]]. Es folgte am 9. Oktober 2009 das Album "Tactical Evolution", am 27. April 2012 das Album "Prototype".
