Die ersten beiden Alben "Evolution" (2001) und "Touch Rhythm" veröffentlichte Greyhound noch in Eigenvertrieb. Als limitierte [[Doppelalbum|Doppel]]-[[Compact Disc|CD]] wurde "Touch Rhythm" zusätzlich mit der CD "Pulse Driver" veröffentlicht.<ref name="mk"/> Im Jahr 2004 kam dann mit dem Album "Electroiz" das Labeldebüt beim [[Dortmund]]er Label [[Hands Productions]]. Anfang Oktober 2004 trat Greyhound beim [[Maschinenfest]] auf. Weitere Auftritte folgten dort im Oktober 2007 im Oktober 2009 und im Oktober 2013. Anfang April 2005 spielte Greyhound beim [[Elektroanschlag]] Festival in [[Altenburg]]. Ende April 2005 trat Greyhound erstmals beim [[FORMS OF HANDS]] Festival auf. Im August 2007 trat Greyhound beim [[Infest (Festival)|Infest]] Festival in Bradford in [[England]] auf. Am 15. Oktober 2007 folgte mit "Noisewhisperer" das dritte Album bei Hands Productions. Im August 2008 spielte Greyhound beim [[Schlagstrom]] Festival in [[Berlin]]. Es folgte am 9. Oktober 2009 das Album "Tactical Evolution" und am 27. April 2012 das Album "Prototype". Im August 2014 trat Greyhound erneut beim Schlagstrom Festival auf. Am 22. April 2016 erschien das Album "Inner Noise Level", ebenfalls über Hands Productions. Am 27. Oktober 2017 folgte das Album "Ground" pünktlich zum zweiten Auftritt beim Maschinenfest. Am 20. Mai 2018 trat Greyhound erneut beim Wave-Gotik-Treffen auf. Am 19. Oktober 2018 veröffentlichte [[Mortaja]] sein dritte Album "Combined Minds" über Audiophob.
