Leagoo Int’l Co., Limited ist ein chineischer Smartphone-Hersteller aus Shenzhen in der Provinz Guangdong.[2] Die Preise der Smartphones mit dem Betriebssystem Android liegen im unteren und mittleren Preissegment.[3] Das Unternehmen wurde im April 2014 gegründet und gehört zur OTEDA Technology Co. Ltd und OTEDA Holding Group.[4]

Geschichte

Im Jahr 2003 wurde die OTEDA Industrial Ltd. Company in Hongkong gegründet. OTEDA gründete 2008 iGlo Mobile und im April 2014 Leagoo.[5] Bereits 2014 kam mit dem Leagoo Lead 1 das erste Smartphone von Leagoo auf den Markt. 2015 kam das Leagoo Elite 1 heraus und 2016 die Titan-Serie mit Leagoo T1 und Leagoo T1 Plus.[6] Am 17. August 2017 gab der 1882 gegründete englische Fußballverein Tottenham Hotspur eine fünfjährige Parnerschaft mit Leagoo bekannt.[7] Am 4. Dezember 2017 kam mit dem Leagoo T5C das erste chinesische Smartphone mit Spreadtrums SC9853i auf den Markt.[8]
